Check and test each Air conditioner prior to cleaning (We don’t clean air cons that don’t work properly)
Place waterproof tarp over all floor coverings or furniture below the air con unit
Remove, clean and sanitise filters
Remove and wash all covers
Cover all electrics for safety and isolate the switch
Treat and physically clean the coils, the fan and fan housing
A light pressure rinse with clean water to flush out the dirt, mould and grime
Flush and check the drain to avoid possible future blockages and leaks
Sanitise the coil, fan and fan housing with our anti-viral, anti-bacterial, anti-fungal treatment
Reassemble all components
Dry any excess moisture on or around the air con unit
Test run the unit to dry it out
Clean remote control
Inspect external units on ground level for any foreign matter like weeds, long grass, pet hair and remove and flush if necessary
